How to delete your account

There are two ways to delete your Nodify Life account. Either one works — choose whichever is easier.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the account, profile (name, email), all mind maps, nodes, goals, chat history, notes, everything your coach remembered about you, and your settings and progress history from our systems. This deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

What data is kept

Standard server logs may persist for up to 30 days before automatic deletion. If you unsubscribed from our emails, we keep the minimal record needed to keep honoring that choice. Nothing else is retained after your account is deleted.

Delete individual items instead

You don't have to delete your whole account to clean things up. You can remove things one at a time, or erase all your content while keeping your sign-in:

• Delete a mind map. Open the menu (☰), press and hold the map in the list, then tap Delete and confirm. You can also long-press the map's title node on the map itself and choose Delete map — same thing, same confirmation.
• Delete a single node. Long-press any node on the map (other than the title) and tap Delete. The node and its chat go together.
• Delete a chat. Open the menu (☰), press and hold the chat in the Chats list, then tap Delete chat. For a chat that lives on a map node, the messages are removed and the node stays on the map.
• Delete a note. Open the note, tap the ⋮ menu in its header, and choose Delete. You can also press and hold a note in the menu's notes list.
