Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. The service
Nodify Life is a personal coaching and mind-mapping app. You talk with an AI coach powered by Google's Gemini models, build maps of your thoughts and goals, and track progress. The app is free to use within fair-use limits. Two paid plans, Plus and Deep, are bought inside the Play app; Google Play offers a free week of each once, which turns into the paid plan unless canceled in Google Play before it ends. Nodify is for personal productivity and reflection, not therapy, medical advice, counseling, or emergency support.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Nodify. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app, or by emailing us at contact@nodifylife.com.
3. Acceptable use
Use Nodify for your own personal growth. Do not use it to harm yourself or others, generate illegal content, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. No medical or professional advice
Nodify is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. It is a thinking companion, not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you need professional help, please reach out to a qualified human expert.
5. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms at any time. If you want to stop using Nodify, you can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. We may also terminate accounts for abuse or legal reasons.
